What makes me unique

I am passionate about positive sales cultures, growth mindsets, on-going job-embedded professional development, and K-12 education.

My career includes classroom teaching for 8 years, 11 years of success as an account executive selling to schools, and direct leading, coaching, and mentoring of dozens of sales professionals to meet and exceed their goals for over 12 years. Becoming an expert in sales methodologies, keynoting conferences, leading panel discussions, and the design and delivery of sales enablement for hundreds of sales professionals are just some of the key experiences during my sales career. My background in education and professional development, and my passion for sharing best practices for sales success make me a unique asset for any sales organization.

FAMILY

My better half is a nationally recognized Elementary School Principal in Prince William County, VA, and I have two amazing children and a grandson who has absolutely stolen my heart.

THE BEACH

Family vacations for decades have always been on the eastern shore, typically in South Carolina or Florida. We have our own beach house in Surfside Beach, SC. This is my happy place.

JEEPS

I've owned five Jeeps. My first was a white basic 1982 CJ-7. My second was a 2000 Wrangler (TJ). I also had a 2004 LJ (if you know, you know) but for a short time. Those others are gone but my current Jeeps are the 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon (JLU), and my 1982 CJ7 Renegade. No doors, no top, sunny day? Count me in.
